If you're not satisfied with a paid Turnproof plan, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or contact us at turnproofapp@gmail.com.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from the Plan page in the app. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for. See also Paddle's Refund Policy.
