1. Who we are

Turnproof is operated by Ashley Yearby, an individual ("we", "us"). When you use Turnproof or buy a plan, you are entering into an agreement with Ashley Yearby.

2. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or continuing to use Turnproof, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

You must be of legal age, and if you use Turnproof for a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

3. The service

Turnproof lets short-term rental hosts set photo standards for their properties, send cleaners a link to capture proof photos during each turnover, review and approve those photos, and keep dated records as proof of cleanliness.

4. Your account

  • Keep your login details confidential — you are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for the cleaners you invite and for sharing turnover links only with them.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse Turnproof. In particular you must not:

  • use it for anything unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive, or to send spam;
  • upload content that infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy;
  • introduce malware, probe or test for vulnerabilities, scrape, or interfere with the service's security;
  • reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service, or get around plan limits.

6. Your content

You own the photos, standards and documents you upload. You give us a limited licence to store and process them only to provide the service to you.

7. Our intellectual property

We keep all rights in Turnproof, including its software, design, documentation and branding. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it within your plan.

8. Plans, payment and billing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, renewal, taxes, cancellation and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. See our Refund Policy.

9. Service level

We work to keep Turnproof available and reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, bookings, data or goodwill. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law doesn't allow it.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms, don't pay, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies.

You can stop using Turnproof at any time. After your account ends, you can request your data, and we will delete it within a reasonable period.

12. Changes and general terms

We may update these terms and will post the new version here. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. You may not transfer your account without our consent. We aren't responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
